W&W Actuarial Services, Inc. ("W&W"), located in the South Hills of
Pittsburgh, PA, was established in 1991. W&W provides actuarial and
administrative services to those companies sponsoring qualified retirement
plans. Our commitment is to provide our clients with a high level of service
to guide them through the complex maze of continually changing governmental
regulations. We attribute our success to the quality of our staff and to the
relationships we have developed. Two of the company's principal shareholders
are enrolled actuaries who are members of the American Academy of Actuaries,
Conference of Consulting Actuaries and College of Pension Actuaries. The
staff includes several highly experienced employees each with a minimum 20
years of pension experience.

President and Chief Actuary
Tom is a consulting actuary and Principal of W&W with more than 30 years
of solid Defined Benefit pension experience. As chief actuary, Tom
consults and provides actuarial services on all types of qualified
retirement plans. He has an extensive background with union and
Taft-Hartley funds. In addition, he consults and provides services on a
variety of defined contribution plans.
As President of W&W, Tomís
responsibilities include the establishment and maintenance of
relationships with clients and other professionals as well as the
internal quality control of the firmís operation.
Tom is a 1976 graduate of the University of Dayton with a B.S. Degree
in Mathematics. He is an Enrolled Actuary and a Fellow in the Conference
of Consulting Actuaries, Member of the American Academy of Actuaries,
and a Member of the American Society of Pension Professionals &

Bob is a consulting actuary and Principal of W&W whose career as an
employee benefit consultant began in 1978. His expertise covers all
areas of retirement benefit design and cost analysis. His
responsibilities include providing recordkeeping and consulting services
to Defined Contribution clients (including 401(k) Plans, Profit Sharing
Plans, "Cross-Tested" Plans (Age-Weighted and New Comparability), Money
Purchase Plans, ESOPs and Target Benefit Plans), as well as providing
actuarial services for Defined Benefit clients (including Cash Balance
Bob is also in charge of the firms marketing and plan design
coordination for those employers interested in establishing a retirement
plan. Our software allows us to provide such businesses with the
necessary information that is key in the decision-making process.
Bob is a 1978 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a B.S.
Degree in Mathematics. He is an Enrolled Actuary and a Fellow in the

Actuaries, and a Member of the American Society of Pension Professionals
& Actuaries (ASPPA).
Beverly J. Manko
Beverly is a Senior Consultant and Principal of W&W whose employee
benefits career began in 1979 and her primary expertise is in Defined
Contribution Plans. She provides consulting, administrative and
recordkeeping services to various business entities. Beverly maintains a
caseload involving 401(k) Plans, Profit Sharing Plans, Employee Stock
Ownership Plans (ESOP) and Money Purchase Plans.
Beverlyís responsibilities include the day-to-day administration of
client benefit plans. She is directly involved with all aspects of
participant recordkeeping, distribution and loan processing, and
compliance testing. Beverly joined W&W in 1995 with extensive experience
in plan administration and an excellent background in computer systems.
Beverly is also in charge of the firm's alliances with "daily-valued"
allocated account platforms with various investment companies.
Beverly attended Robert Morris College with an Accounting Major.
